Even though we are Florida based we do work for clients all over the United States. Since we work in a field that has no real schedule for the work we do, we have no real office. I mean is that since the economy has been so tough lately our office hours are extremely erratic so we don't give out our office address to clients for meetings and such. What MarcGrace.com does for its employees is work with their schedule so we have no regular office hours. We have employees that show up to work on projects on their schedules. All that matters to us is that we get all the work to our clients when we said we would finish the work. With these trying times we even have some employees work at home or at least out of the office. As I said earlier, as long as we get the work back to our clients when promised who cares where or when it was finished.
