Marc Grace of MarcGrace.com was hit by a car, while riding his motorcycle, back in December 2007 where he ended up in a 28 day coma. While he was recovering after he woke up from the coma he dove deep into his website design skills. Before his accident Marc was the Marketing Manager for a Harley-Davidson dealership where he did graphic design work and maintained the company's website. So it makes perfect sense why Marc would start a website building company. Marc had about 2 years of therapy after his accident so he had a ton of time on his hands to further his skills (website building, graphic design, photography, and video production). Since Marc was out of work so long recovering, he was replaced as the Marketing Manager of the Harley dealership, so Marc used the opportunity to go back to school and further his website building skills with a graphic design emphasis as well. So that is how this business came to be a reality.
     As far as employees go MarcGrace.com tries to hire the best Graphic Artist and Web Designers possible. As you very well know it has been very hard economically as of late, so we have made the necessary adjustments so the work we provide will not suffer. We know that people have very busy lives, so we tried to accommodate that with our "open door" work policy. We allow employees to work for us when it is best for them. As long as our clients get the work promised to them at the time we promised it, then everyone wins!
